For the Zoom meeting: go to Zoom and create an account (it is free). Download Zoom_Launcher.exe. Then go to “Host a meeting” with “Screen Share Only”. Schedule a new meeting. When the small pop-up box opens (see example), schedule the meeting at the arranged time and date, and share the meeting ID with the instructor. On the date of the Zoom meeting, have your slide presentation open on your computer, and give your strategic plan and organizational structure presentation as you would to a committee.
