Ms. Crampton earned her BSN in 1999 and began her career at Mayo
Clinic, Rochester. She next became a travel nurse and worked at many facilities including Stanford in San Francisco and Massachusetts General
on the East Coast. Nicole settled in Colorado and spent 5 years in PACU as the specialty coordinator. Her focus has been
primarily in critical care, cardiology, and the perioperative arenas. She completed her MSN in 2008 and is a Board Certified Adult Nurse
Practitioner. She's worked at Denver Health in the Pre-Anesthesia clinic and has done consulting work. Ms. Crampton became a nurse
educator in 2016 at an institution where she became the lead medical-surgical instructor and medical-
surgical faculty coordinator. She joined the DCN team in February 2018. Ms. Crampton is currently exploring doctoral programs.
