Brief Biography:
Ms. Carlin joined the DCN Team in January of 2014. She earned her
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Italian Language and Culture. She studied abroad at Lorenzo de Medici in Florence,
Italy and lived / travelled there for six months. Michelle earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has taught as an
online instructor for 10 years and really finds her passion teaching psychology. Prior to teaching, she worked in both inpatient and
outpatient hospital settings practicing therapy. Michelle currently live in a suburb outside of Chicago with her husband and three
children. In her free time she enjoys reading, walking, and traveling. Her favorite vacation spot would have to be the island of Crete
in Greece.
